Weight Loss Obsession is it an Issue in the United States?

Doesn’t it seem like everyone happens to be on a weight loss program? In the last twenty years people have associated thin with beautiful. Because everyone wants to be beautiful, everyone also wants to be thin. In the United States, the diet fad is now laughable. Promises to get rid of the fat, trim your waste, get rid of and keep off the pounds, have become apart of most everyone’s vocabulary. Various special diet foods have made their way into grocery stores promising you results.
All diets will ultimately fail! Unless if you happen to have the ability to control your urges.
The math is very easy. Calories in must be equal or less than the number of calories that are burned.
That if you lose more calories than you take in, then the weight will come off. That’92s just a fact.
This is the key ingredient to success. Diets give you a helping hand by creating foods that limit the number of calories you are taking in. They do this by either low calorie food smaller portion, or a combination of both. the harsh reality is that unless you look at the bigger picture, you have a rather large chance of failing. Either your appetite is too large for portions, or you are not capable of doing enough exercise to burn the calories you have consumed. This is not to say that you are lazy or anything it is to say that sometimes the foods we eat exceed the ability to exercise the calories away.
2000 calories a day is equal to 4-5 hours of grueling hard work on an elliptical. , much less that much time? So then we are either faced with having a hungry sensation because we limit our food intake or exercise ourselves to exhaustion.
Neither of these options are very comfortable, Which is the reason behind the failure of weight loss programs. Alternative diets may compromise your heath.
When it is all said and done, and finally reached the weight you desired, chances are that you will go off the diet. This constant weight loss and weight gain cycle has the potential to wreak tons of havoc on your system.
At one point or another, we have to ask ourselves, Is it worth it to be thin?
