If you really want to have a natural sweetener and get away from the processed and refined sugar that’s sold in stores today, there are ways that you can do this.
One of the most popular ways to do this is to use Stevia. It comes from a plant of the same name, but the FDA doesn’t accept it as a sweetener, so you’ll have to buy it as a dietary supplement instead. That’s not a problem, though.
