A few things you might want to make sure you have before you get down and sweaty: the proper attire is essential not only for comfort but in order for your body to have room for flexibility. A sweatshirt over a tee shirt is a good idea because the sweatshirt can come off as you start to overheat. Exercise pants of some type, either leggings or sweat pants, are an important part of exercise attire. And of course you want the right trainers. There are trainers for all types of exercise and sporting events. Choose what fits your workout method best.
Your water bottle is your best friend when exercising; it is essential that you stay hydrated. A towel or two is a good idea as well and a head band to stop sweat from dripping into your eyes. Some people insist on head phones or ear plugs which are hooked up to either their iPad or iPod for music or some type of audible encouragement.
But comfort is a major factor and that’s why your clothing and footwear must allow for maximum comfort.
