Exercise is so important in a woman’s life especially during menopause. Your body at a certain age is going to start to lose its muscle mass. Therefore, it is important that you start to build it back.
Doing both actually is very healthy for you because you are getting a great cardio workout, and then you are lifting weights to build muscle. Menopause and weight gain will be virtually impossible for you because your metabolism will be working so well.
This can be anything, but jeans are not recommended. Something like sweatpants or maybe even yoga pants are great to work out, because it gives you freedom to do all of the exercises. Being restricted is not going to be comfortable for you, and also it might even affect your workout. When you go to your gym you might ask them if they have a catalog of things you can order, and then you can get yourself an outfit.
Make sure that you stick to a good solid 3 to 4 days a week workout, and you will feel great.
